100 miles would have me need 6 pairs a year.
Well. My dad runs at least double of what I do each week. And he's got shoes around 5 years old. He only replaces them when the rubber bottom is starting to disappear. So he'll to over a thousand miles on them I think. One thing he does do is rotate multiple pairs of shoes. I shall try this when I'm fully recovered.
Speaking of which. Managed a 15 minute run without knee pain this week. Next week will feature two such runs and the following a half hour run. *fingers crossed*
