Yes, unless there is an explicit restriction in your role (there sometimes is, but it's not common) you can unvote and revote as many times as you like in a given day. You may only have one vote active at any one time, of course, but you can change who that vote is for as much as you want. Vote hopping a lot tends to come out looking really scummy though and draw suspicion.
Night cycles are shorter than day cycles, normally, but the rules for how long they last are similar. Day lasts until someone gets lynched or the mod(s) impose a deadline; Night lasts until all the night actions are sent in or the mod(s) impose a deadline. Normally this is 1-2 weeks for day and 2-4 days for night, depending on how many night actions there are and how many factions that can talk at night exist. I've seen nights last anything from 2 minutes to well over a week and days last from under an hour to over a month before, though.
