Not bunnies but cool, hopefully Neuroscience likes it. Look for it on the journal cover.

Our lab just got a paper accepted, we study trying to restore vision when photoreceptors are lost. The top right is a whole mount of the retina, all the others are vertical cross-sections. We can restore light-responses using a microbial type rhodopsin. There is a mouse on the cover...sorta close to a rabbit...lol. (It is a new mouse model).

I finally got back from being out of town. One of the things I like about living here is that there are bunnies everywhere!

Although I can't really give names to random animals (with the exception of Sam and Éire, the green anole lizards), I decided to start referring to this one as "Sungura!"
