I honestly have no idea. I'm not sure if I'm even playing.

From my experience of being a mod, I can say that I believe the chance the mod will slip up and make me win is approximately zero. I'd certainly never make such an elementary mistake, and I trust that Silknor wouldn't either. I'll still try, of course, but unless we get into a situation where it would break the game, it's definitely not going to happen (and even then, I don't think they'd let up - this is the ultimate bastard game after all).

Rodan is stuck on a hook! His teeth are wrapped around a fish resembling NAR, and a poison dart, still unused, is in his hand. He manages to get free of the hook, but not before the rest of the village sees him.

This is very odd indeed, and nikc, makes me think, again, az may have been town after all. But, interesting flavor, in my opinion. Odd, but interesting. I suppose i shall wait for rodan before accusing anyone of anything.

I don't know why I'm not dead. However, the fishy flavor that mentioned my name suggests that somebody attempted to target me, probably Rodan. He could either have saved me or attempted to off me, though I know not why such a kill would have failed.

As for my power, I'm the guy who killed Nikc. Many apologies.

There was a bit of suspicion in the air regarding him, and I said that I'd use my power as the town wished. I suppose I took too liberal an interpretation of this. Instead, I should probably have taken it as a cue to simply roleblock some random person. Well, hindsight is 20/20 and such.

On the one hand, I'd confirmed Rodan as non-town some time ago. Between that and what just happened...
On the other hand, this business with NaR and his sloppy kill and no apparent mafia kills...

My armor is too precious for someone I doubt. Therefore: Give Armor To: Dedalus. Make sure you equip it in bold and it'll protect you from a kill tonight.

Is there anyone who can explain more about the fish hook? Please, step forward and shed some light on it. And can we just use FoSs today until I throw a vote out? Remember, I can't vote anybody that already has votes on them. If you want my vote to help with a lynch, you'll have to let mine be first. D:

No, seriously though, his rolecop is fubar or something. I'm actually the Clumsy Castle Guard. I get my armor and have access to some informants (towndar), but when it comes to lynch mobs I'm smart enough to realize I'm stupid enough that following what other people say isn't the best idea (my voting restriction.) My informants are also sort of fickle and have mood swings; I can make use of them only if their spirits are high after a successful non-town lynch.

It's not the worst role, no, but there are enough caveats thrown into it that hasn't been the most enjoyable for me to play.

Granted, but dedalus did get one rolecop right already, so there is that, and towndar isn't the hardest to fake role ever. Not to mention that a pathological liar with no actual powers with no actual powers would be a role worthy of Creme De La Crap.
And also you gave your armour to the dude who claimed having a sort of night kill protection in the first place, so that's another thing if I remember right.

"Some sort." My armor is guaranteed protection - only once for another player, but it's still guaranteed.

Although now I'm regretting giving my armor to someone who is either scum, independent, or some kind of broken townie.

I'm more than suspicious of dedalus at this point. On that note - vote: dedalus

But, really, i am looking at rodan the most as scum. 1. NaR claimed to use his kill on nikc, and that doesn't seem scum, as i think nar claimed to have a kill before. 2. rodan had a poison dart, used to attack NaR, and was stopped by a fishhook. This would seem like the kill, since nobody else died. Unless scum tried to kill PM, which is just silly, since he probably does have the armor.(or now, did)

I don't even know, man. I can't begin to imagine the circumstances in which I could end up with a poison dart, a narfish in my mouth, and a hook to get stuck on.
I think maybe I can use the poison dart on someone? If so, I turn over it's use to the town. If we feel like killing someone I'll try using it.

Why just Rodan, then? I'm assuming that there's more than one mafioso left so why would targeting Rodan with that weird roleblock/investigation prevent the NK?

I can't seem to form a cohesive theory about this game. I think NaR is lying about killing Nikc and Rodan does have some sort of poison dart. I think one or the other is likely scum, but probably not both.

I trust Daedalus' investigations. PM's first posts come off more as sarcastic than lies, but it fits with the role.

This is what frustrates me about your false result - there is no way that I can prove that I am not a 'pathological liar.' PM, if I hand you back your armour, that confirms my trust in you. With BXM's ability as it was, I don't think that trusting anything you say is a good thing to do. Thus, I think your voting is trying to push this confirmation out.

I'm just an innocent and easily misled zombie. Some of your brains are tasty, but I only ate a little bit. That was the mechanic for revealing my full role. The last part that got revealed is just useless, though. I can't claim random crap like Brook was doing.

Anyway, as Nikc was town who copied Azrael's role and alignment, Azrael is safe. That means I'm going to trust his word over any of yours (if he's still alive... 'cause I forgot if he's lurking or dead). My big suspicions are Rodan and PM, but Rodan could have been framed and PM could just be acting normal for him.

My full roleclaim? I am a zombie who nibbles on people's brains at night to reveal more parts of my role. On night one, I got my alignment (town, for all of its 'provability'). On night two, I got my vig kill/roleblock (I can choose one or the other each night, but not both). On night three, I learned that I may not make multiple false roleclaims a la Brooklynxman.

At that point, all of my role was revealed and I may no longer taste brainflesh at night.

As nobody mentioned a zombie paying them a visit in the night, I assume that the zombie snacking had no effect on anybody but me. Perhaps the eating targets determined what the previously hidden parts of my role are? I am unsure on that point.

There it is. As for the Rodan thing, he's as suspicious to me as ded's reasoning would make him.

[daedelus] may have a point about there being a cult. I'm fairly sure dedalus and NaR are both townies and that NaR is likely going to be useful to the town.
Rodan, however, I am growing suspicious of. I think lynching him would be a prudent move for the town today. Despite what you may think, dedalus, I am almost positive you are town.

Hmmm. Zombie seems like a natural for some sort of cult. If we're going by standard Zombie Rules, getting bitten by a zombie makes you become a zombie. The player you bit obviously wouldn't want to come out and say "Yea, NaR bit me and now we're in a cult".

I'm guessing it was Dark Loink who used the fish hook thing since everyone else's role is pretty much out now. If someone has been culted by NaR, I would suspect Dark Loink for apparently protecting him last night.

If there is a cult, I'm guessing it's NaR and Dark Loink. Rodan is probably the last member of the mafia.

So... I'll get my cricket bat.

my win conditions were modified a while back to be less broken.

About the zombie claim thing from Nar, that sounds nothing like a cult. That sounds like he absorbs roles from other people slowly each night by eating their brains. Who did you target those nights, nar? Because that sounds incredibly useful.
I am wondering why Nar was fish-shaped in the weird dawn flavour though. Zombies aren't generally fishy, as far as I know.
