Becoming vegetarian?

Well, I've been almost carnivorous for quite some time, and I've recently decided to become vegetarian.

I REFUSE TO FAIL!


My main problem is: which non-meat foods exist that have a protein:fat and protein:carb ratio as high as lean meat?
I don't wish to use excessive quantities of WPI, although I have been using it for quite some time.
I've been maintaining a 40:30:30 macro split at 3500kcal/day for some time now, and meat has played a large part in that.

Also, in case anyone's wondering: here are my stats:

I've been vegetarian for about 15 years and I don't have problems with any blood tests. Things I can recommend:
1. Get tested every six months (for iron and B12 mostly, but why not everything else while you're at it?)
2. Eat egg and dairy products.
3. Eat beans of all kinds - hummus, beans, peas, soy, stuff like that.
4. If you're unsure consult a professional. Just one meeting will probably give you a lot of information you could use.
Responsible wealthy people inspect their funds by occasionally taking baths in their coins.

Blood tests...? would you mind elaborating, please?
I'm an obsessive calorie-counter :p, with just breakfast and lunch, cron-o-meter says I've intaken 107 and 146 percent of the daily requirement for iron and b12, respectively.
check, I love my milk :)

So far I've been maintaining an almost perfect diet in terms of macro and micronutrients, so I think that given trial and error, as well as more help like yours, I should be right.

Yes, I meant blood tests. I don't know how it works where you are, I just go to my doctor and tell her "I want to do periodic blood tests", I fast for twelve hours and a get a few test tubes of blood taken away from me. I try to do that every six months although I've been slacking off lately.

In any case, if you make sure to get tested regularly and the results are OK, you probably don't need a dietitian.
