I REFUSE TO FAIL!
My main problem is: which non-meat foods exist that have a protein:fat and protein:carb ratio as high as lean meat?
I don't wish to use excessive quantities of WPI, although I have been using it for quite some time.
I've been maintaining a 40:30:30 macro split at 3500kcal/day for some time now, and meat has played a large part in that.
Also, in case anyone's wondering: here are my stats:
