I'm an obsessive calorie-counter :p, with just breakfast and lunch, cron-o-meter says I've intaken 107 and 146 percent of the daily requirement for iron and b12, respectively.

So far I've been maintaining an almost perfect diet in terms of macro and micronutrients, so I think that given trial and error, as well as more help like yours, I should be right.
