Gah! Brendan says he cannot come either even though he said he was free before. This means that I cannot get my sunglasses nor my ThinkGeek order now. Mikey, do you think you would be able to express post it to me? I will need to have it on Tuesday because Wednesday's post gets in after I will already be at the airport.

EDIT: I don't know if I can make it now either. I justified the time and money it would take because I was going to get my stuff from people but now I am not going to to get my stuff from people and I need to keep my money for the trip and probably new sunglasses. Who is even going now? I know MaJ can't either, and dedalus can't.

I could post it, but it would be much easier if you picked them up from me at some point. If you're free Monday afternoon/night, I will be at UNSW at the Physics lawn (and so will ACU and possibly Meowgan) at Circusoc from early afternoon 'til around 9.

You could grab them then perhaps?

I live an hour out from the city. That is why I wanted to get everything tonight and have dinner at the same time so that I could justify taking the time and expense out. I won't be able to get to UNSW on Monday because it is quite far out of my way and I will be packing and rushing around doing all the last minute things, so I would much rather you posted it. It should not be expensive because it will not weigh much. I am sorry to sound like I am nagging, but it is a present for Drew and so I need to have it before I leave.

Ninja-edit: It could possibly work if MaJ were to take them because he passes through Blacktown on his way home. But I would have to know exactly what time his train would pass through Blacktown and exactly what carriage he would be in so that he could pass it to me from the train. Do you normally come home around the same time? Or would you be able to text me when you are getting on the train and get on, say, the last carriage for me?

I am super busy with work at the moment but I should be able to do a weeknight or weekend thing some time in January. I leave for New Zealand on the 7th of February though, so January means January. If that makes sense. Also months are spelt weird.

Seriously though, I'd be more interested in picking a place based on something to do. So beach would be fun (though from what I hear we could do a lot better then Bondi), or possibly a movie? Or we could try to organise karaoke again...

Berman, sure it is easy for people to get to those beaches via public transport, but they often have to go through the city first, and you don't have to drive, you take a single bus from UNSW.
