[Java Applet] Rotating image?

Postby PerPer » Fri Nov 27, 2009 11:56 am UTC

Is it possible to rotate an image in java without using multiple images? I didn't find anything in the java api. Something along the lines of image.setRotation(degrees); ?

Thanks in advance

There seems to be plenty of help on google, such as http://www.javareference.com/jrexamples ... .jsp?id=88

What have you tried so far, and have you tried anything google has suggested? (most commonly seems to be AffineTransform as per the above link.)

I haven't tried anything yet, since I couldn't find anything in the java api on the subject. Thanks for the link though, I'll look into it later, but it looks promising!
