Looking forward to it, though it probably won't be up till tomorrow or so on Hulu. Campus cable sucks, so Hulu's quality is amazing in comparison (and generally I don't care that much about quality...).

Well, the last few seconds were entirely unsurprising. It was really the only way to have a 2nd season.

Spoiler:
Also, the actor who plays Neil - this is exactly how his first show ended, although they did that to avoid a 2nd season, since they were canceled (despite the show being awesome)

According to people involved, he's probably not dead. That said, I would respect White Collar even more than I do now if they killed off major characters every twelve episodes or so, until Peter and Neal were alone together, bantering in the corpse-strewn ruins of the FBI center.

Absolutely.

As long as they don't kill Elizabeth. And preferably not Diana or Jones. I love them. Especially Elizabeth.
I wanted to see the universe, so I stole a Time Lord and ran away. And you were the only one mad enough.

Me too. :)

I liked how
Spoiler:
even people *in show* like Mozzie enough that they'd not do a favour for Neil, but they'll "do it for Mozzie".
And the whole
Spoiler:
conning the bad guy
bit was fun. Granted, to some extent that happens a lot of the time, but having
Spoiler:
Peter and the other FBI
in on it for a change made it a wee bit different.

I have one plot-related complaint. I love
Spoiler:
"hand over your badge and gun"
episodes, but hasn't that happened once already, at the end of season one? Made it a little less exciting, I thought...

Not exactly ret-conned, since they didn't contradict anything previously stated on the show. In fact, they fleshed out a lot of questions not previously answered, like
Spoiler:
how Neal and Mozzie met
and
Spoiler:
how Neal and Kate met
. All in all, if you're introducing a new character for a season-long story arc, and saying the main guys have history with him, seeing some of that history is a nice touch.
