Get any old straight stick or bar, tie a short length of rope to the middle of it. Tie a weight to the other end of the rope. Hold each end of the bar and extend your arms horizontally. Twist the bar so that the rope winds up on the bar and lifts the weight. Your forearms will burn. Or rock climbing. Rock climbing is always good.
