Coffee: an intergalactic, metaphysical adventure

Postby darjeeling » Thu May 13, 2010 8:44 pm UTC

Hi :)

Working on my first graphic novel, an intergalactic, metaphysical adventure called Coffee. Interested to see what people think!

Some blurb from my website:

Coffee follows the adventures of ——, a marketing guru with an intergalactic past who might just be the next Messiah. Guided by the time-travelling IT Guy, the angelic Blobbitrons and a host of other wacky characters, we watch as —— struggles to fulfil his remarkable multidimensional potential.

With its fast-paced, Twitter-friendly story and iconic imagery, Coffee is a book built for the modern age. It's a highly original commentary on topics ranging from consumerism and office culture, to metaphysics and visual theory.

Coffee will likely appeal to a younger (18-34) audience, trending male. Psychonauts, seekers, geeks and hipsters should get something out of it. Dissatisfied office workers as well.

I've posted the first couple of chapters on my site.

Comments gratefully appreciated!

Thanks,
D
