This has problems with some inputs. The ones the game gives tend to be too easy. Your machine accepts anything that matches while the first string lasts, even if the second one continues after that. The simplest input to break it is [GR]. It's easy to fix though, without increasing the part count even. There are also two unused green writers.
Your Officers has two unused blue writers and one yellow one. Otherwise, all solutions are good.
