(I'm not sure where this topic belongs)

Is anyone interested in starting a Discordian Cabal? (For those out of the loop, the revelations of Eris and five tons of flax may be found by reading about them here.)

Isn't there already an "unusual spoon" cult of some sort here? Will you have to battle them to the death, in secret?

No reading. Just a test:

True or false: The opposite of everything you believe to be true, is true?

True or false: Conspiracy theorists run the world?

Ok, then - now there is this giant golden apple you have to... well...

Nevermind.

That's not a rule, and if it was, we could ignore it.

After all, one of the first steps to becoming ordained is to eat a hot dog on a friday, in direct opposition to the Erisian command that we should eat No Hot Dog Buns.

You know, for a second there, i though it read Second Cannibalistic Entropy Fan Club..

which would have led me to ask what happened to the FIRST Cannibalistic Entropy Fan Club..

Which would have led to a rather obvious answer.

I vote nay on the Cabbalistic bit. Do we really need to be associated with the kabbalists? Cannibalistic has a nice ring to it, though...

After a single vote and a consult from my pineal gland, Second Cannibalistic Entropy Fan Club it is.

Anyways, because I started the whole thing, I am declaring myself the Prime Heater of the SCEFC. The Deputy Prime Heater position goes to Dibley. All other positions will be assigned by pineal gland.

First of all, we need a logo and a slogan for the SCEFC.
Second, consult you pineal gland.

Hmm...after some inspiration, I have our first mission.

Mission #1: Look out of a window. Look for any invisible objects(bowling balls, pink unicorns, Flin Flon, Manitoba, etc.). Report your findings here.

Also, the position of Chief Entropy Redistributer goes to tessuraea.

Cannibalism? I'm in.

Oh, and five tons of flax.

Briefly and consistently throughout my life, I have found that by looking at the sky and other objects of a similar nature (the ground, the grass, etc.) I can see invisible objects. They appear as glowing shapes, but are obviously hidden from most human eyes. I have reason to believe that animals (the more intelligent ones, such as cats) can also see these. I've seen cats attack them, and birds try to peck at them. If these forces could be harnessed, the person to do so would have nigh-unlimited power over the human mind. We, therefore, should make this our mission. As a result of this, I nominate myself as Leader and Chief of the Department of Mind Manipulation.

Once upon a time I wrote Jack Chick a letter informing him about the existence of Discordianism and the evil it was working in the lord. I got a response signed by the man himself, but my ultimate goal of getting him to write a tract about the horrors of this licentious chaos-worhsipping cult failed.

In other words, I'm totally in.
