0x2. Couldn't we drop the 0x since only hexadecimal will be posted?

what are the characters to represent the other 64? (26 alphabet + 10 number, we still lack of 64 characters)

Well, we could use the Greek alphabet. And then borrow some Norse runes. Or we could make it case sensitive and then we have 52 letters in the alphabet.

How about we use upper case English letters, then lower case English letters, then upper case Greek letters, then lower case Greek letters?

Is that enough? It should be...

Could you give us the whole table?
Let's force IEEE to use this xkcdian standard, by force!

Let's see now.
I assume we all know the English alphabet, I'm going to try and get the Greek one in order.
[;\alpha \beta \gamma \delta \epsilon \zeta \eta \theta \iota \kappa \lambda \mu \nu xi \omicron \pi \rho \sigma \tau \upsilon \phi \chi \psi \omega;]
(I'm not using JSMath because that's a painfully slow script. Instead I'm using the TeX the world Greasemonkey script).
How would we make a table from that, I don't know.
But... there are 24 letters, so that's 48 Greek letters and 52 English letters, I think we're good to go!
IN fact, we can now have base 110! (I think?)
