One that I don't think I've seen mentioned (although I haven't read the whole thread) is http://magpieluck.com. It's a pretty well written/drawn comic about a girl who time travels. It's pretty different and original.

I read xkcd, Cyanide and Happiness, Dinosaur Comics, a softer world, Great (as well as the other stuff on kiwisbybeat) StupidFox, and Daisy Owl. (Although that one hasn't updated since early June...) I also occasionally read others like Penny Arcade, White Ninja, and Pictures for Sad Children. Oh yeah, and the Oatmeal, but that only kind of fits in as a webcomic.

Currently on my list:

AmazingSuperPowers - Not sure how I found this one but I find it to be pretty hilarious.
Axe Cop - A friend told me about it. Amusing at times.
Dinosaur Comics - Of course, one of the better comics out there.
Folly and Innovation - I probably got from Switch31's signature. I really like it, it's one of my favorites currently. Are you the artist/writer of the comic, Switch?
Order of the Stick - This webcomic probably has the best storyline ever. Unlike some people, I like the talky parts with no action. Because they're interesting!
pictures for sad children - Depressing, yet amusing at times.
Questionable Content - This one ties OotS on story. I couldn't tell you which I liked more.
Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal - Incredibly funny, would recommend (to anyone here who doesn't already know about it, maybe one person?)
Some Guy With A Website - Mostly for the political commentary, the comic isn't too funny.
This Modern World - This one is a better political commentary comic.
White Ninja Comics - Probably my favorite at this time.
xkcd - Of course.

Unfortunately, my artist hit University, followed by heavy drinking and exams, so I've no idea when or if USF will start running again. I've got a bundle of scripts laying around my room. I tried to get some guest artists in to fill the space, but everytime someone agreed to do something they suddenly did things like get a job or disappear from Twitter. Conspiracy?

She wears it all the time. 1613, 1625-1626, was probably under her hoodie on the ones in between that range, 1628-1635 storyarc, she met Randall in 1527.... the bar scenes around 1468 have her wearing a SCIENCE it's a verb now shirt, which is fairly xkcd-derived.

She's an established fan is the point I'm getting at here.

I've just found Gunnerkrigg Court and become thoroughly addicted. I'm not sure I will be able to cope with the transfer to 3 pages a week. As for the other comics I read:

a few i haven't seen anyone mention on the few pages i looked at

Bug - simple 4 panel observational humour strip (almost daily)
Faraday the Blob - surreal off the wall loony tunes for adults (weekly-ish)
Corporate Skull - practically brand new b/w adult sitcom type comic about a boring office worker who loses the flesh on his face to a photocopier (weekly-ish)
Gutters - Comic book industry satire, drawn and written by comic industry professionals (tri-weekly m/w/f)
Drive - Comedy space opera sci-fi (weekly)

Questionable Content - This one really goes up and down with the storylines, but it still usually entertaining.
Subnormality - Just started reading this, though usually just for the occasional post on Cracked. Awesome artwork, though.
SMBC - The Far Side was a huge part of my childhood, and this is the closest I can come to that nowadays.
xkcd - durrr
C&H - hit and miss
Hark! A Vagrant - Probably one of my favorites.
Penny Arcade - Well-written, good artwork. Not always funny though, hmm...
CAD - I just read through the archives the past few weeks. I love this strip, though I wish he'd get a little more diverse with the character artwork.
PvP Online - Just started, verdict waiting.

...and a good few other strips that are posted online and run in the paper. Dilbert (yes, really), Non Sequitur, etc...

I've always liked the Modest Destiny webcomics: simple, fun and easy to read. The author stopped updating a few years ago but recently started up again

Well, as long as it's bumped:

Kaspall. It's a tightly-plotted, beautifully illustrated metafictional fantasy murder mystery whose updates are just reaching the climax. It's paced for the trade paperback, I think, but if you dig that kind of thing it's simply splendid.

Also beautifully illustrated, although infinitely more laid-back, is The Less Than Epic Adventures of TJ and Amal. It's a sweet (as in heartwarming) slice-of-life story I found recently and appreciate immensely.

1/0, naturally - it would take entirely too long to explain why, but the intro to the TV Tropes page might be a place to start. Complete, of course.

Mnemesis. Another fantasy-mystery - two newly-dead persons arrive in an odd afterlife with no memory of their life-lives, and things build nicely from there. Also complete.

One of my favorites right now is Rock Manlyfist (http://www.rockmanlyfist.com/). A sunday page style, a bit over the top, action adventure that has featured things like genetically engineered ninjas, mysterious land dwelling sharks and a giant robot among other things.

The only comic I read that hasn't been mentioned here is Grayling. It's a reboot of a comic that ended a couple years ago, so I'm interested to see what new stuff will be changed/added. I'm sad that the artist has chosen to go black and white as her colored pieces in the original incarnation were beautiful and some of my favorite artwork to date (and still exists on my wallpapers). One does have to get used to some abstract to enjoy it.

I know this is a few years old, but... I would also like to take this moment to gripe about how some people need to learn the difference between schizophrenia and dissociative identity disorder, especially when promoting Kagerou, as the main character is multiple --- but maybe he is actually schizophrenic on top of that. Who the hell knows, aside from Luka.

Monster Pulse, sort of Young Adult action-adventure. Organs turn into ~~pokemons~~ monsters (violent in parts)

Bearmageddon from the illustrator, co-author of Axe Cop, slackers fight bears. (bloody and ~~grizzly~~ grisly)

Erstwhile Grimm's Fairy tales. They do some of the lesser known ones.

This author has a new comic called Athena Wheatley. There's links to his other comics there too. ('cept for the smutty one, called Curvy)

I just rediscovered Julia Wertz, of Fart Party. (journal comic, pretty hilarious, but sometimes deals with some dark stuff)
