Count up in Increasing Bases
This is basically another weird count up thread, but with a twist.
I start in base 2 and say 1. The next person would increase the base and increase the count (so the next post would be base 3, 2). Since we don't have an infinite amount of characters we'll use base 2 through base 16, resetting each time we reach base 16.*
I'll start:
1, base 2.
*sorry if this is a bit confusing.

2, base 3
we could go all the way up to base 62 adding letters.

3, base 4.
Resetting also increases the 'challenge' because the number won't just be one less than the base.

4, base 5.
So I guess this thread is pretty boring until we get to our base cap. Are we still sticking with only up to base 16? We could go up to base 90 with a normal qwerty keyboard without resorting to unicode.

5...
Isn't this just count in Base 16?
Base 256 is accessible with the full range of bits.

It's not just counting in base 16... it's counting by sixteens, first in base 2, then 3, then 4, then 5, ...

It's really up to you guys to decide what you want to do for the base cap, and how to decide the base. Once we decide, I'll modify the first post.

I'm assuming this is the right count, so:

Did this die because people were confused by the last posts?
Aren't the last two supposed to be:
14, base 15
1E, base 16
and then:
11111, base 2

Necro!
Supposed to be:
1E base 15
1D base 16
11111 base 2
And now (actual):
1012 base 3
Creep on going.

Whoops, yes, I've no idea how I got that.
Anyway:

Significantly less weird than I used to be. Still pretty weird.
