We're a big community. This should be easy.

Basically, just do push-ups, and then add them up to the desired 10,000. It's a little bit of an excuse to actually do something of a workout. You can say you're helping the internet, or something.

Format goes as follows: Original amount, your amount, new total amount. So basically just say how much you did and how much there are now.

To try and GET THIS OFF THE GROUND (LOLOL) I'll start with 10. Now excuse me while I go pass out in the corner.

Excellent! Just found this thread. I used to do 50 every morning but I've been getting a bit slack. (to be honest I've been using the time whilst the kettle boils to check the forum instead). Did 50 this morning, so the total is

1060 + 50 = 1110

Not a prime, but quite pleasing.

Actually, I've just done one more, so

1110 +1 = 1111. Couldn't resist.

(are there extra points for also doing 50 sit-ups and running 6 miles?)

It's not prime. The digits add up to a multiple of three, so it's a multiple of three.
