Dude, it took us over a month to do 10,000. Push it to a million? Do the math, thats 100 months. I'm not doing that many pushups for the next 8 years.

Well done everyone! I was wondering if we should have got Spoonner back to do the last 10, as he started us on this, but too late now. Is there some automated way to work out what everyone contributed (& how far behind Osiris32 the rest of us are)?

Anyway, happy to keep going if you guys are. Doesn't seem to be shifting any weight, but I'll use the old 'muscle is more dense than fat' argument and not fret unless I get much heavier. As an aside, does anyone fancy running 10,000 miles? I'd be happy to start a thread (haven't check if there is one already going).

Well, I just went through an added it all up, I did 1,953 pushups that I posted about. I do 5 sets of 35 every morning (which currently hurts like fucking hell) and I didn't post every day. And I'm STILL not in the shape that I want, I need to stop going to Wendys. DAMN YOU, BACONATOR!!

Yeah, I'm doing about 15 miles a week and I suspect it could take us a while. However, if I create the thread in the right place then we may get more forumites signing up. I suspect running is more popular than press-ups. I'll go do some research and let you all know after tomorrow morning's batch of 100. Night all.

Edit: just added up mine and I think it was 2318. But that's over 20 days so I'm still behind Osiris

Don't know. I'm now heavier than I've been in about 2 years. Its either the push-ups building muscles or I need to cut the alcohol intake because I'm surer I'm not eating any more than I was. I guess my running may have dropped off during the snow but not much. I think I prefer the 'muscle weighs more' argument.
