I was a little disappointed they simplified the game so much, but it is a twenty minute show after all. And Abed is an awesome DM.

It needed to keep the focus on the study group characters and to keep everything accessible to viewers who've never bothered or maybe heard of D&D; having Pierce bring his real life bullshit into the game was a fantastic writing decision.

And yeah, there's more to it than what they showed, but they still captured the important parts. They glossed over the mathy stuff that people trying to watch a TV show don't care about, but still the nailed the spirit of the thing.

Yeah, that was a good episode. The whole time it was like Abed wasn't there and a few times a couple characters commented on it, but seeing him in the background in a few places was very amusing.

Just caught up on the show, and I have to say it's now pretty fantastic, one of my favorite new shows.

It definitely started out a little uneven, and had a few lame episodes early on, but once they started getting more wacky and out-there it got significantly funnier. The D&D episode was amazing, as was the Halloween and paintball episodes.

There was a paint-ball episode on season 1, and there will probably be a sequel this season. It was pretty good.

Agreed, Enver is hot. And an amazing actor. His Topher impression in dollhouse was awesome.

Yes, hot and talented. I hope he doesn't fall into the Eastern-European typecast though, because he doesn't have to do that and there's not much of a market for it.

Well the theme of the episode wasn't st patricks, but the episode did take place on st. patricks day. Abed was wearing green.

Also, when they approached Britta she was talking about how she ruins things for them. It was another thing Britta ruined for Troy just because she was wearing it.

Yeah, that was a great episode, loved the inter-scene speech at the end. Can't wait for the finale, although i'm making myself wait till both parts are out, so I can watch them together.

So apparently I'm the only one that thinks that he's a hilarious parody of catchphrase-spouting college party bros.

I was kinda hoping that they'd finally off Pierce since he's gone from "lovable grouch" to "douche" in my book, but Michael Scott spent 6.5 seasons being an asshole, so there's definitely an audience for that humor.

I liked community and didn't like arrested development that much (I gave it up after two or three episodes).

I actually liked that about him. He's an actual real problem as a guy who's difficult to get along with but still wants friends. He's not that funny, but he is rather good as a serious character.
