Forgive the mirror in the background. It's a big box with weights up to 150 lbs on both sides, pulleys/hooks on both the top and bottom, and currently 3 different gripping attachments (bar [bottom left], small square [left of the machine, kinda small], and a rope thing [upper right]). Sides are about 10 feet apart.
This is from the gym in my apartment complex. Along with this machine there's stationary cardio stuff, free weights up to 40 lbs, weight bench, an incline situp bench, and a leg extension machine that I'm not very fond of. So I'd like to look into various exercises that I can use with this thing, but it's kinda hard to search for stuff when I don't know what it's called.
