Anyone else seeing problems when accessing the site over IPv6? The server is reachable (tested with traceroute and telnet to port 80), but doesn't return any content: it just hangs forever without returning a response.

I am having the same problem. Very annoying. Firefox/ubuntu seems smart enough to eventually switch back to ipv4 when it fails to connect to ipv6, but it takes awhile.

I had the same problem. As I connect to the IPv6 Internet via a 6in4 tunnel (as opposed to native connectivity to the IPv6 Internet), it's possible there's a Path MTU Discovery issue going on here somewhere.
I changed the link MTU advertised via SLAAC on my LAN from 1500 to 1480 and then I could browse to xkcd.com using IPv6 without any problems.
Hope this helps somebody.
