3 letters in a word

Postby OmnipotentEntity » Thu Jan 04, 2007 8:11 am UTC

This is more of a puzzle game than a puzzle, so if it's not appropriate in this forum I apologize.

The purpose of this game is to find a (real) word that contains a given sequence of three letters.

An (fallacious) example is:

yst
OMGTEHDAYSTARITBURNSSSSS

A few more examples are:

mpl
example

nce
balance

Rules:
1) Must be a real word (preferably from the English language, or a common loan word.) Must not be an abbreviation. Must not be a proper noun.
2) When a word is figured out, the person who figured it out must pose the next set.
3) You must have figured out for the next set of letters before you post. No random zzz posts.
4) Abuse of the rules is encouraged.

Also: ichthyology, eighth, knighthood, etc etc etc.
