Kate Reed, the lead character, does appear to be somewhat of a "Fairy" Legal Godmother/Godsister :P Occasional far-fetched scenarios aside, she's refreshingly badass. Her assistant Leo is also awesome

. Nothing too heavy or deep, but this series has some good ideas about conflict mediation outside of court.

I have been enjoying this show... it's a witty and lighthearted legal drama. The minor thing I didn't really like

was Kate's unconventionally "friendly" relationship with her ex-husband. Sure, nothing is wrong with that - just that it feels like I'm missing out a very important backstory to understand their relationship.
