I saw this comic quite a while ago, and a few weeks ago, I had to program such a method in my computer-science-class (in JAVA, as a part of a bigger programme).
For fun, I implemented this method (before the real implementation, which I commented out), and my teacher really liked the joke :)

i was reading through people trying to figure out what language this is. and with my minimal programming experience, looks like the language syntax i used in flash...

I just had a nice idea.

When queried for a random comic, XKCD server should check for referrer, and if it's comic #221, always redirect to comic #4
