I'm going to see how long it takes us to get to 7,000 :)
Shouldn't be longer than a week, as that's what the program calls for from me alone

This day feels like it's going to be boring... Only 10 every hour :?

Tomorrow is a total rest day... Just 5 every 90 minutes. Then on Monday I'll see how much I've improved! :D

The fun part begins on the second week for sure!

I'd do it with you if i wasn't cycling 60-100 miles a week ~.~

Try ~45 miles in a morning :P
Wait, don't... I think I slept from about midday to about 9 the following day when I did that... :?
I was lured into that cycling trip by a visit to a velodrome, and the promise of only about 25-30 miles a session on the road. The teacher lied pretty severely.
So good luck with your cycling - out of interest, where are you doing it? Is it a nice place to cycle? :P

Also, you're not allowed to post on here without doing some pushups! :D

Insomnia sucks, but push-ups help.

I'm doing it in Texas where it's bloody 105 every evening until the sun sets. It will get better during the fall when it cools off but yeah, it's generally fairly hot. I did a 30.5 mile ride yesterday (saturday) morning but I did it about .8mph average faster than I've ever done it so my legs are fairly fried this morning.

The last 1,000 only took 4 days :D

So, tomorrow is 20 every 20 minutes...

Only 400/720 done... Man this is tough :o
I think I'm going to have two 1-hour breaks... Still 12 hours of pushups, just spread over 14 hours :)
And this next 1,000 (7 to 8 ) is gonna take under two days from me alone...

There is a very special kind of hell for those who mess up the numbers. I'm going to have to do 9 extra at some point to compensate for that!
Or... I could do one less pushup! Hooray!
Also, Mishrak, you replied without doing any pushups... You will be punished

720/720 done... I finished all of them

Keep it up! Nice job finishing the 720/720.

I just couldn't keep to the program today - every 15 minutes was just too often, especially the day after the 20 minute one... I just want to rest

Yeah. I struggled with that day also. My arms were fried but I did what I could. It ended up being probably closer to every 20 or 25 minutes after the first few hours.
