I'm going to see how long it takes us to get to 7,000
Shouldn't be longer than a week, as that's what the program calls for from me alone

Try ~45 miles in a morning
Wait, don't... I think I slept from about midday to about 9 the following day when I did that...![]()
I was lured into that cycling trip by a visit to a velodrome, and the promise of only about 25-30 miles a session on the road. The teacher lied pretty severely.
So good luck with your cycling - out of interest, where are you doing it? Is it a nice place to cycle?
Also, you're not allowed to post on here without doing some pushups!

I did a 30.5 mile ride yesterday (saturday) morning but I did it about .8mph average faster than I've ever done it so my legs are fairly fried this morning.

Well, that 1,000 took two days![]()
PT: 2,381
I just couldn't keep to the program today - every 15 minutes was just too often, especially the day after the 20 minute one... I just want to rest
Less actual muscle fatigue, more can't force myself to stop 4 times an hour...
