First off why was my question blown off?
To answer the question I have to say Xkcd and Cyanide and Happyness as Xkcd is educated humor while CaH is just funny.

But what is your favorite meme (or funny Internet thing that is popular)?

I didn't mean to blow it off. I really have no song that I consider a "favorite." Pachelbel's Canon in D is one I like to play sometimes, if I've been watching Star Trek, I'll often find myself whistling the theme song, I liked the strings in the background of Cold Play's "Viva la Vida", etc. No one true favorite, though.

Now, on to your other question: My favorite meme would have to be the Zero Wing "All Your Base" stuff. I know that it's old, but I work in translation, so funny translation blunders will always have a place in my heart.

Coke, Pepsi or other? If other, please specify.

Not really into that kind of thing. My experience/knowledge of "mash-ups" is limited to that album Jay-Z and Linkin Park did, and a really old, vague, memory of a "band" that IIRC was called the Legion of Doom...

I love music though, and it's been a while since I've really checked out anything new. Care to make a suggestion?

Goldfish. It's an South African band that's a mix of... electronic and jazz? Plus their music videos are awesome (ex: http://vimeo.com/24002628)

Thanks for the music suggestion, btw!

17... Not entirely sure why.

Simmons, I think your post wasn't appearing at all yesterday when Anonymously Famous answered mine. Weirdness.

Since I've already asked about college football, which NFL team will win the Super Bowl? (Or just answer a random question you feel like answering if you don't care about pro football.)

I still feel like the Packers should repeat, but I'm nowhere near as confident on that now. They need to get the defense in shape - it's just vanished this season, after being awesome last year. If not the Packers then... hmm... the Texans have been looking pretty good.

I suspect Simmons fell victim to the first-post moderator approval rule, or something.

What's the weirdest rule you've ever seen on an online forum?

Pretty okay. I got to stop going to college because of some 'paperwork error' on important financial documents that was the school's fault, and now I get to bag groceries until January! Hooray!

I can't actually remember. I mean, I'm sure there were silly class quizzes in school where I got zero because I was deliberately not trying, but if you mean an actual exam, where the result matters for something real? I think it was probably somewhere around 30%, on second year thermodynamics at University (not as terrible in the UK, where the pass mark for Uni exams is 40%, as it would be in the US, where the pass mark is, as I understand it, normally somewhere around 80%). I really should've done some revision for that.

What's the most inspiring thing you've read in the last week?

(By the way: really? 40%? That seems very low. And my experience in the US (in high school, not uni) is that below 60% is failing, with a gray zone between 60% and 70%.)

Football as in Association Football which is in fact, proper football. "Soccer" is a lame word for it.
