Each player flips a coin. Each player that wins the flip gains X life, and each player that loses the flip loses X life, where X is the number of sacrificed creatures.

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player puts a blagging counter on a creature ze controls that doesn't already have a blagging counter on it.
Creatures with blagging counters on them can't attack or block and their activated abilities can't be played.

As an additional cost to cast ~, discard the top half of your library (rounded up) then exile your graveyard [this should be worded in such a way that you can't use the stack to end up with a full graveyard. I think I worded it right, but if not, you get the point.]
Haste, Shadow [should be in a set with no other creatures with shadow]
9/1 [or 9/2 if the standard environment at that time had a lot of 1 damage tappers, would want it to have a decent chance of hitting twice against a deck without proper preparations for it.]

Next Card: Instant win card in end game (should not appear to be an instant win at first read), or a cheap creature that starts off weak but as a condition is met, it becomes more powerful (and try to be original about the condition, no 'number of creatures in graveyard' or 'cards in hand')
