Does it need to have a correct perspective and lightning? It certainly takes effort to blend foreign elements into an existing picture, not to mention specialized software.

(plus I'd need to add the doctor's incredible scarf to complete the illusion!)

It's not bad. It looks a bit wonky where it is, but it looks painted on there which is pretty good.

perhaps you did a more unrealistic image, maybe the famous "of mountains and streams" painting. Or turn it into a cubist piece of art, that could be interesting.
