Yeah, fields are pretty cool. I spent a good deal of last year in fields, mostly emtpy fields, though a few sporting fields too. Should probably get back into that, I remember some good times in fields.

Well I suppose some of them are, though truthfully I've seen a lot of variation. Some are clear, some cluttered. Some with short grass, others tall. Some fields have tons of rocks others barren. I guess if you're getting back to those sports fields yeah, I've seen some that were nothing if not consistant. Just acre after acre of uniform green grass with white chalk lines.

No, I can't think of anything significant about them. Unless you believe in all that jibba-jabba about crop circles and such (and of course who wouldn't want to?). But aside from that the most significant field I can think of would be the field right outside of Manassas VA city limits. But that's only from the mindset of an American. All in all the fields themselves are fairly insignificant, I guess it's just the events that take place on them that gives pause for reflection.
