That sounds pretty tasty and quite a meal. Mad props or whatever it is the kids are giving out these days.
TIM: Didn't feel motivated to do much. Made pizza. Wife has to have low-acid food and avoid a lot of trigger foods. So, made a basic white sauce with lots of herbs, white onion and a bit of tumeric. Topped with some leftover chicken, bacon and broccoli and cheddar cheese.
My basic crust:
3/4c hot water, 2 1/4 tsp yeast, bit of honey... proof the yeast, then add 1c white flour, 1/2c whole wheat, 1/2c ground oatmeal, 1 tsp or so salt. Mix, knead, rise for 15 minutes.
I found things work out awesome if you cook at 450 for 10 minutes. Then add the cheese and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
