Bret Harrison stars in a bunch of shows that are Mid-Season replacements that are often about a 20-something guy who has something odd going on for him (parents sold his soul to Satan, is an airline exec, works for a security company that has more in line with Leverage) who often has quirky friends and an unrequited love thing going on with one of them. They don't tend to last, but I tend to have an odd soft spot for them.

So, all those shows general then?

I recently started watching The Loop where he is an Airline executive, and am enjoying it despite myself, though the real starter for this is that his new show, Breaking In, is getting a second season.

I haven't seen Breaking In, but I enjoyed The Loop and Reaper. Definitely a fan of Bret's.

I actually saw him one night when I was in LA a few months back, but I was too chicken to say hi. I keep kicking myself that I didn't.

I'll have to try and check out Breaking In sometime.

I've seen an episode of all three and thought they were pretty bad. My main complaint was the writing, they just did not make me laugh. I didn't give them much of a chance, though, and usually pilots do not impress me.

The main actor (bret, I suppose) seems likable enough.
