I remember Sequence from the Christmas sale. I've been meaning to take another look at it. In some ways it reminds me a lot of The World Ends With You (DS) and Puzzle Quest.

IndieGala 2, as mentioned on the previous page, is still going. Seems that what they're offering isn't particularly popular.

The polar opposite is the Be Mine bundle, which is quite nice, but the people behind it are being thoroughly knuckleheaded. Despite having gone live (in theory) on Tuesday, at this point you have a small but reasonable chance of getting through to the site instead of a 404.

There's also a demo available on Steam, so you don't have to take anyone's word for it.

Actually the Valve ones aren't as useless as you think. Because Valve games tend to come in packs, and one coupon applies to the whole pack. Which is how I, thanks to SlyReaper, just bought Half-Life, Half-Life: Opposing Force, Half-Life: Blue Shift, and Team Fortress Classic, for a total of $7.49.

If that principle applies to all Valve packs, and I have no reason to presume it wouldn't, you could get Valve Complete Pack (http://store.steampowered.com/sub/7930/) for $50.

I may make use of the Saint's Row 3 one. I'll have to check it's price on steam when I get home. I know it's on sale on Amazon for $25 right now, so I'm guessing this wouldn't drop the price below that?

Edit: Forgot I had the mobile Steam app, Amazon has SR3 cheaper, so I'd just get it there. Can't find anyway to check my gifts/coupons from mobile though.

Didn't that game come out ages ago for something like 60 USD? On the same day as AssCreedRev, Saints Row 3, and that new Halo game? I'm guessing it didn't sell well on release day.

Anyway it's Ubisoft, and I'm kinda boycotting them on principle for their unforgivable attitude towards DRM.

My personal feeling about that is that boycotting the games with the crazy-ass DRM is a very good idea, but it is sort of counter-productive on others. (I'm not sure what Rayman has.) Supporting games with reasonable DRM seems like the right thing to do to me, even if they come from publishers who are otherwise unreasonable.

YMMV of course. :-)

You just have to connect once, then go into offline mode. You then never have to go online again.

...Yes, but this is still horribly frustrating when, for example, you have a power cut or an internet outage. If you want to use Steam the way I do, and have it still function during unforseen circumstances, you have to set it into offline mode every night. And hope the internet doesn't go down at midday?
