I prefer she/her/hers to ze/hir/hirs, but either one works.

Youe/youers also works, but only joshz really uses that, so don't worry about it.

In the hopes that I get myself into a game soon, I am male but have no problem being referred to by random, but unambiguous pronouns and adjectives.
