Its a week away, so we should set a time/place? 11, or 11:15, out the front of newtown train station?

Newtown is walking distance from Broadway. :)

Hopefully I'll be there!

We won't :( Gojoe's mum is here and I forgot and we arranged to go up the coast so that she can meet my family and everything.

We can do either Wednesday or Friday of next week though, because I no longer have to work extra days. Is that still within dates for people? I think that would be the 11th or the 13th.

I guess that just goes to show how badly we suck at meetups in these parts. What about... some other time? Say, a monthish from now?

I demand this occurs in November. But not the 3rd or 17th.

Do you all acquiesce?

And in Newtown, because I am lazy, and live there. But also because it is awesome.

November, not the 3rd or 17th, Newtown. Works for me. By then, I may actually have a job and a place to live that isn't my girlfriend's parents' apartment floor. =/
Also, if we're in this vein, how does Loujacks sound? I think Loujacks would be a good idea.

Loujacks is my favourite because they do the best eggs benedict ever. In that, you finish your plate full of hollandaise and are subsequently pleasantly surprised to find that the wily chef hid some eggs under there.

If sauce is overpowering everything else on the plate that badly, it can only be because the food is awful... :O

I'm keen to hang out with some people again, though :)

You would think so, yes. But that's the beauty of it. The food is still good. Also, this thread title hasn't been updated to reflect the fact that things happen here since nearly three years ago...

I would update it but I don't remember how to or if I even can. I can experiment! Experiment successful!

Also I am in favour of any plan that involves eggs benedict.

Given Eggs benedict is like, my favourite, I concur, I have also not yet eaten at Lou Jacks, as it appears full whenever I walk past with my washing.
Regardless. Shall we say the 10th, then? Brunch times?

10th November, Lou Jacks, 11:30, 12? I shall enquiry if bookings can be made.

I'll have to wait for my finalised exam timetable to confirm as Saturday exams are possible. But the 10th would probably work out better for me. Otherwise can we make it a Sunday instead of a Saturday, especially if it's brunch?

Guys what is happening? My weekends are filling up. One Saturday exam on the 17th, which was already out. The 24th and 25th are also out for me. So if we're going to do it on a Saturday it would have to be the 10th, but then jmrz can't come which would be sad :( Otherwise maybe we need to know who can do a Sunday, maybe the 18th? Bookings may be a Good Thing depending on people.

Also I missed my sixth foraversary.

Gojoe and I can't do tomorrow because we're moving house. I might be able to make Sunday 18th but I don't think Gojoe can. I can make Saturday the 24th now though. Jmrz will you be back by then?

December is going to be harder if we have to go that far but I can do the first weekend (1st/2nd).

I got a job, too, which means I'm going to be working Thursday through to Sunday from 5 'til 10, so weekends are going to get trickier unless I get up earlier.

New Year, New Plan? Maybe we can really make it work this time? I work weekdays from 6am-10am, other than that I'm fine, just as long as I'm not out too late to sleep well. I have money coming in, so I can do things. Also, if it's not too much trouble, can I have a rough idea of where in Sydney everybody is and where they're capable of getting to for meetups? I'm in Glebe, but I can get anywhere that requires any combination of public transport and my own feet, depending on the time/day. Drinks? A picnic? Lés Mis? Anybody going to Big Day Out?

It took me a minute to figure out why this thread was showing up in my egosearch.
Can I join the reunion, if I wasn't part of the union in the first place? I was more of a sort of disjoint set, I suppose. Does that count?
