Do I have to make a post saying that I accept to be judge for the duel between Odin and Carey, because it doesn't say anything about that in the ruels on the wiki.

I cast my vote against QQQVAR's motion to start another dueling tournament. (now 0 for, 1 against) After the last disaster, I'm not sure whether tournaments are such a good idea.

I make a motion to amend rule §01.01 so that instead of "Players names shall be removed from the State of the Nomic after they haven't posted for 3 weeks in a row.", it shall say "Players names may be removed from the State of the Nomic after they haven't posted for 10 pages in a row. For the purposes of voting, this shall be referred to as Fiery's motion to counts absence in pages. as it is easier to keep track of who posted on what page than what time their last post was.

There is no formal statement for accepting, just say that you accept to be judge in any way you feel like. Could be formal, or slang, or anything really, as long as the message gets across. Then, after that, you can start the duel whenever you want by saying that it starts.

Also: in this post I challanged for title of Duelist. Requested QQQVAR to judge shortly thereafter. But seeing as it's been a while...

I, Ky, Honorable Poobah request that the judge of my duel with Odin, Honorable Grand High Poobah of the Nomic, Honorable Duelist, Honorable Samurai, Honorable Poobah, and Honorable Trademaster to a duel by Sabres at Dawn to First Blood for the title of Duelist be changed to Fiery.

BTW the number of the day is 26. QQQVAR wins 15 points in the lottery (after charging him 10 for the tickets).

Fiery has won a duel against Queeny. Fiery gains 4 points, Queeny loses 2 points

It does seem that I got the duel wrong. So it's a duel between Ky and Odin, not Odin and Carey. My own challenge can be ignored, since I wasn't allowed to challenge Odin for a duel for the title of Duelist. QQVAR has already accepted to be judge for the duel (although he thought it was between Carey and Odin due to the SotN)

Anyway, the SotN has been fixed.

When I sent it in, I was assuming it would be for my duel against Ky, and the SotN had it wrong about the duel being with Carey. So you can use what I sent you.

In case no one noticed the first few times, my cookies are extremely delicious; well worth 10 points.

I guess the Fiery will post next.

"two moves after each other" is a bit ambiguous to me. Two in a row would be the limit (like with double posts from GHPotN)?

There isn't currently a way to obtain the Bookmaker title. There has only been one motion about it:

Code: Select all: Motion to create a new honorable title, Bookmaker. The Bookmaker is allowed to have multiple wagers. When this motion passes, Carey will be the starting Bookmaker.

I believe the rules say that if you have open wagers and lose the title they can play out.
