damn, I should have made deadpool an arsonist instead of just the source of the zombie infection. Instead, how it would have worked was that Deadpool (immune to being a zombie) gives the first player he listens to the zombie virus. The zombies then have a 1-shot recruit the next night, and would die in the morning. But yeah, I should have made it like an arson, where Deadpool infects a bunch of players, and chooses when they die.

I was doing it because I was worried there might be a watcher out there, and he'd be one of the easier people for me to explain using a power on. Since I didn't know who had useful powers to block, I thought I'd go with that.

well, shit. I knew I wasn't going to win anyways, not 1vs8 as an SK. I'm not expecting to live past D2. I suppose that comment about a vig, and not pointing out the 2nd-faction idea immediately, didn't help, either.

t1mm had it right in his first few posts, but didn't push hard enough. This last mission was absolutely critical, and town dropped the ball a bit.

If town sent 3 townies on M3, town would have won the game. Therefore if the proposed team was all town, then the three spies absolutely could not have let it be accepted. And there were not 3 desperate players for that team proposal.

Town might still win, but it would be pretty lucky. I don't think they have much to go on - I'm impressed with these newbie spies.

Granted, I rejected it to try throwing T1mm off, but I'm hoping the M3 failure and my reasoning can be fused into an alibi.

I reckon, me snark and tim are resitance. (if this is wrong we are screwed). What I am worried about is that the one of WO and New user we take on this mission is a spy, but passes the mission. Then the consensus would be to take the same team mission 5 and they would fail it and we would lose. But they could pass mission 4 as they are resistance. I was trying to hint at this in thread without spelling it out for the spies.

Uhm, balls. I'm on a mafiateam with Angua, wam and JSO, and on D1, with FAOT too. Angua is a traitor, I suspect wam of being one too. I know JSO is not a traitor, but I can't allow to save him from Angua and wam, as they'll just kill me afterwards. So, the current plan is bussing JSO, pretending to be a survivor instead of mafia, and as such pose no threat. I have already claimed this in scumchat.. Dear lord if I win this I'm a genius in some way... 2 people know who I am and try to get me killed, roughly 14 others do not know who I am but would want to kill me if they knew.

I will lose this somehow.

Fun fact: Angua is a quadruple agent! He's a mafia traitor, who is also the recruiter for the dark avengers, a cult. But he was replaced with a skrull, so he is now the traitor to the dark avengers as well, which he has a recruit for.

Ok, my very first game, and I am mafia. I am a rat shaman with a lot of magic powers. Also, if I get killed mafia loses their chat abilities, which are day chat in this game.

For whatever reason, I'm a little uncomfortable wtih snark and his drone controlling ability. Something in the back of my mind wonders if he has a different win condition than us, but maybe not. Who knows how many drones there are.

Since I have no cyber abilities, I'm going to have to wait for night to do anything, and my guess is that things are going to be very up in the air until the first of those cyber abilities are used.

I seem to know more about what's going on than other players. I have several hacking powers so I hope I can take their lack of knowing what hacks are as intel that they don't have any and I will be able to have some sort of influence over them.

Only t1mm can salvage this game for resistance with his Strong Leader! Unless 2 other people change votes, but that would surprise me.

But even if this mission is rejected, spies are almost certainly going to win. Town has not taken every opportunity to put pressure on the spies, and they really have no idea who the spies are. I thought they were pretty close to figuring it out, but then they put 2 spies on the team and everyone accepted it. T1mm might figure it out (he is psychic), but enough of the others suspect him so that using Strong Leader on this mission will just make him seem scummier, I think.

I'm probably giving away too many hints as to my role right now (hacking-based), but whatever, I'm having fun. I've got a whole slew of powers, including a mason-recruit, but there's extra steps needed to link Icons to players; if I can get Snark to claim his Icon, I can masonrecruit and (potentially) cop him D1, even if his claim of Hack-immunity is true (not all Cyber actions are Hacks). Masonrecruiting him before the cop is super-risky, but due to required info I can't do it the other way around - and even if it is borderline suicidal, heck, it's more fun that way!

Interestingly, I think it would actually be good for me, personally, if we were to massclaim matrix icons - it'd certainly make my job a heck of a lot easier, cutting one action per person out of the loop to verify them - but my reasoning as posted in thread is basically true, given that I'm almost certain scum will have one or more hackers of their own, and I'd wager they have some nasty trickses - if nothing else, free rolecops on whoever they please, or roleblocks ahoy. Additionally, pushing for a MI massclaim would almost certainly out me as a hacker, so I have to push against it - even though it'd be good for my role, I think it'd be bad for town overall.

Also, this'd be so much easier if I got a Reverse Matrix Icon lookup power (target player, determine matrix icon) instead of the other way around, but that'd be kinda OP so that's probably why I don't
