post approval?

the FAQ says this: "7. POST APPROVAL: When you submit your first post, it will be dropped into a queue to await moderator approval. Until it clears all your other posts will also drop into the queue. This is an anti-spam measure and it does not apply to this forum (Site/Forum Issues). The process may take some time, especially in the small sub-forums with only a single magistrate. If you must, you can PM the relevant mods or magistrates if more than 25 hours has passed."
I registered because there was a forum game I liked the look of, but of course when I made my post it had to wait for moderator approval. This does mess the game up but I thought it would only be that once and work fine after that. However I made my second post it once again said it was awaiting moderator approval. How many posts do I have to make before they appear immediately? Having a long wait after each post ruins the game.

Posts in certain sub forums aren't counted. One of these is the game sub forum. So your post count stays zero and they need approval as long as your post count is zero. (Yeah it would make more sense if that was bound to the real number of posts not the post count.)

Posts in forum games don't count towards your post count, so if you don't have a post anywhere else, every post there would need approval. Not sure that S/FI counts either, so the best suggestion would be to post in the Introductions thread in General (or any other thread you find interesting).

Posts in certain sub forums aren't counted. One of these is the game sub forum. So your post count stays zero and they need approval as long as your post count is zero. (Yeah it would make more sense if that was bound to the real number of posts not the post count.)

No it wouldn't, as then spambots could run rampant so long as they tried to post more than once (and they do)

Not exactly. Normally I manually move people out of the post approval group when I approve in forum games. But there was some silliness going on that resulted in some posts getting approved by someone else. That's the way it goes.

There is, in the forum rules, already linked, and the forum game rules, at the top of the subforum.

As it is, you shouldn't have to wait anymore.
