[url] tags in PMs?

Postby [username] » Mon May 07, 2012 4:25 am UTC

Trying to send a PM with [url] tags causes the message "You cannot use certain BBCodes: [url]."

This would be fine, if not for the fact that a message sent in response to a post (via the "PM" button under a user's avatar) can't link there.

Must [url] be disabled in PMs? I understand the usefulness of this, but it also has a rather large hindrance. Thanks in advance for your time!

Loses that restriction after five posts. Applies to the boards and to personal messages.
Changes its form depending on the observer.

You can't use the url tag until you have 5 posts. See the FAQ at the top of this forum.
