I've actually wanted to do exactly this for a long time, but never got around to workign out the details because I'm still in high school. It really feels good to get a full night's sleep and I'm never tired unless enough I'm up for at least 18 hours. I'm pretyy sure I woudl fall into this schedule nicely, so long as I could keep myself busy. This summer I should work out the schedule so I can see if I can plan my classes at uni around it, if possible.
I'd need an alarm clock that would work, so if anyone knows of one, speak up! I wonder if they make watches that could be programmed to have 28-hour days... time to google it.
EDIT: Haven't found any actual clocks, but I did find
this.
On the topic of odd sleep schedules, a guy I know usually sleeps 6 hours a night. Not all that impressive; I can get for at least a week on 4 or 5 before hitting the wall. However, when he gets really busy, he goes on a weird rotation. First night, 6 hours, next night, 3 hours, thrid night, no sleep. Repeat. Apparently it works for him. personally, I can never keep myself that busy. Not enough work ethic. >.>
