Treeish graph - though it makes me very sad. :(

We've lost so many OTTers...

Edit: Randammit, and the rest of us keep getting mopey mome'd, since no one else is here to come up with decrees...

I was going to reply to this, but it was only slightly related, but then BlitzGirl posted a cute foxmolpy pic that made it slightly related in two ways, and you mentioned a movie that made it slightly related in three ways, so I guess it's actually related.

We were watching the Fox and the Hound here, and gee, that was much darker than I expected.
Spoiler:
It starts off with the fox mother getting shot, and later the fox's childhood friendship with the hound gets a pretty big shadow cast over it when the hound's father-figure dog gets almost killed. (I thought he had been crippled or paralyzed at the time I read your post.) Anyways, the thing that had struck me the hardest was when the widow drives the fox out to the game preserve, takes off his collar and leaves him there. There's no way for him to know that she's doing it to try to protect him.
I wondered why I had rented such a chirpin' sad movie.

Anyways, yes, I feel for your wolpies, and for you.

The Foxmolpy and the Hunting Wolpy was one of my favorite Disney movies when I was riverish, but you're right, ggh- it's quite dark.

Not wolpies, woolpies. Like this:

But my comment was probably too US-centric for the OTT. Other than a few games we export to London I don't know any place else that plays our particular variation of the sport.

Anyways, yes, I feel for your wolpies, and for you.

I appreciate that. We'll get through it. I'm worried most for the biggest wolpy, even though it isn't his favorite person that left, he's had a lot of families that turned out not to be furever, and I don't want him to think this one is turning out that way.
I think we'll go to MolpyCo for a bit. The wolpies want to go out back but my neighbor is practicing archery and I don't completely trust him.

I don't have a graph, but I was looking at the OTTers map and I couldn't make it show me everyone.

Molpy Back

Postby yappobiscuits » Sun Oct 20, 2013 9:39 pm UTC

*Molpies back into thread* Hey everyone!

Only 3 pages to ketchup? Well, I guess it was a wipend. Gig was partly disappointing as there was hardly anyone there, about 10 people in the audience besides the other band that were playing. And since we were being paid a cut off the door, that meant we only got £5, not even enough to cover fuel... But despite that, we played well, it sounded great and we really enjoyed ourselves, we got rid all but a couple of the CDs, and most importantly the organiser liked us and wants to book us for future events (which should be more successful), and the other band also liked us which is especially good as they're like the top pirate metal band in England, which I suppose isn't saying much as it's such a niche thing, but we'd never played with another band of the same genre before so it was fantastic to finally do so.
