I keep icons off my desktop and have an XP menu bar that automatically hides itself, so when I don't have any programs running my desktop effectively looks like

Hello there.

A terminal, because it's cleaner than the desktop

But it raining and me peeing on your foot are NOT mutually exclusive.

My desktop at the uni. It might be boring, but that's just for show! (The only way you can express any individuality here is by adding quicklinks to the menu bar. This policy has been introduced in 1960 and is designed to make a possible future government shift to communism easier to implement in the work space.)

Physics is like sex. It might give some practical results, but that's not why we do it.

@no-genius---are you involved in terror island productionwise or is it simply something you're into? because it seems that every third person here is really creative. i feel almost out of place.

Holy crap. I think I just went blind.
It reminds me of the background I had of tiled alternating-color windows 'Ok' boxes. It was an 'error' message a program had given me, but without error text. I'll hafta find that background...

The creators of Terror Island go by the names Factitious and Posiduck in most places. Though no-genius is registered on the TimeFan fora.
And don't worry, not everyone here is magically creative, given that my webcomic completely collapsed, and sucks.

In fact if you scroll the memberlist, you will see that they go by that here!

Posiduck is even a mod, I believe.

ThePlague, are you by any chance affiliated with UWS? Just because I have WebCT too, but I don't know if more than one place calls it that, which is probably the case.

Nah, I'm not affiliated with UWS. The college I go to uses it though. (over in the states). I thought WebCT was only uses here in the states but I guess I was wrong. How do you like the new version?

It's a POV-Ray image I cooked up, and I think so far it's the only one to use the Cyberman cone I created.
