Perhaps it's a hammock, and Cueball is about to fall out, causing an absurdly cueish chain of events that leads to an avalanche of babycancerbacontumorsnow, etc., thus begins Time.
“Sustainabiliser” is perfectly okay.

Clearly the sea is made of black pixels, and the berm of white. That supports the coffee(cancersemenbabies) model for the sea, and I suppose the berm is snow.
Also, it must
let water through, and in both directions (either simultaneously or in turns). See this illustration
. If we don't let water in, the Mediterranean dries out. If we don't let salt water back out, it gets even saltier than it already is (which is 5.8%, vs. the North Atlantic's 3.5%) which would doubtless cause lots of nasty problems.
I believe the premise of Time
involves the failure of the technology used to regulate these flows, and to distribute the load between the turbines and the overflow channels needed to handle weather-driven and seasonal fluctuations. They failed in a way that made the water stop flowing. Perhaps they just got clogged with black pixels.

I think the images could be tested for blueness and for fadiness (the t1i
faded frames are mostly dusk and dawn-related, I think). It would involve testing each one somehow, with a script, and generating a list of results of the form (frame_number. e_value). I'm a little unsure of the details but eventually with a hint or two from @balthasar_s
I think I could figure it out

Lately I've been using "I Believed It When It Was Just Goat's Blood, But Now That They're Calling It Goat Pope Blood I Just Can't Fathom The Implications". It is hard to find but well worth it. Over twice as much SVMMONVS

The last time I tried an ego-search (just to try to figure out which, if any, parts of my website I should focus on) was in 2006, 223 results. Now it returns over 6,000. Most of the first 50 are me. Oof
