Easter eggs in The Trial of Colonel Sweeto - PBF book

Has anyone picked up the Perry Bible Fellowship book?

I noticed there were a lot of easter eggs in it. I guess they were already inside the comics online, but in the book the comics are arranged in a way that makes them easier to spot.

The easter eggs I'm talking about are tiny similarities to other comics.

For example:
On page 53 there are these comics:

If you look closely, you can find a Guntron reference in the first comic. Spoiler:

Guntron and Skorpex are on one of the kid's pajamas in the last panel.

The entire book is filled with cross references like these. Some of them are really hard to spot. I don't think every page has one, although most pages are related by a theme. There are a lot of obviously intentional eggs though.

Here is a list I came up with. They're fun to look for, so I made them a spoiler if you don't want to see this:

Most of the relationships are with the picture above or below it. There are few that are on the adjacent page. The following legend shows some special notes. A blank entry means I couldn't find any connection, although there may be one, so try helping me complete this list.

! = Strong connection. Intentional at the time of creation of the comic.
? = Weak connection. Possibly just a theme. Multiple ?'s denotes an even weaker connection.
~ = Connection to adjacent page, instead of above or below. Two ~'s denotes a far away page; the page number will be specified.

There's also a Guntron logo half-covered on the front of the pajamas in the first panel.
