He didn't tell me that until a month or so later. I didn't care, cause I did the same thing to him. But I think if he had told me that on our first date, it would've been awkward. Like "Is that really your opinion, or are you just saying that because you know it's mine?"

Well, it's not exactly our first date, I was just so drunk the first time I met her that I had trouble remembering the details of what we were talking about... There's not a huge amount of detail on her profile, she doesn't list favourite bands or anything - I was more looking for age and what you Americans would call "major". About the only thing I would mention to her is that she went to Glastonbury last year and that is fantastic (I've been three times) since I've never been out with the sort of girl that doesn't care about getting muddy and is willing to do that sort of thing. I've also found that if I admit to something without shame (which I usually do) people think "Well, yeah, fair enough...". Usually things are only creepy/embarrassing if you make them seem that way.

I got in touch with an old summer camp crush, Only she's married and has a kid named Amanda. And it was planned, She's 21. That made me feel very old and/or unaccomplished ;P

Having a kid and getting married at 21 doesn't really count as an accomplishment, does it? It seems like something just about anyone could do, just most of them don't want to.

Confession: For some reason, people won't stop dogging me about my grades. Okay, they need to be improved. I'm not failing anything worse than a high 60, and I'm not in any mental position to just drop school from my to-do list. Just let me fix my schoolwork and stop bugging me about it.

The main problem with school is that right now, I'm in the part of the year where it feels like we aren't getting anything done that could help us. It feels like we're just wasting time until something major comes along. And because of that, I just don't feel like doing anything that I lose focus of. I am finishing most of my work, but some of it just seems trivial. And the worse part is that this all feels cyclical. so something is going to come back to bite me.

Confession: I think most of my posts in this thread have me bitching about school at some point.

I think I just don't have the commitment to stalk someone. Too much work. Though, I don't really know where my fora-crush usually resides. Oh well.

Confession: I have no idea what to expect in court tomorrow, and it sorta scares me.

Backstory:
Spoiler:
The other night I stole a street sign. Yes, silly, but I'm that kind of person. The cops arrested me and everything, put me in the back of a car etc etc. I even had my finger prints taken! How sweet is that! Anyhow, I'm not sure what the repercussions will be, and I'm a little worried. I was super cooperative though, the cops said "Make sure you make it known how cooperative he's been." We talked about Superbad a little bit, Knocked Up too. I'm still pretty scared though.

I've been ticketed by cops for similar offenses, I think as long as you admit that you were doing something harmless and stupid, cooperate, and don't be a smartass, you'll get off with nothing worse then a fine.

I think most cops feel stupid for ticketing kids on minor offenses.

It's like 1985 all over again. CONFESS!

Confession: My grandma lied in her will, and now my brother, my dad and I, need a lawyer to sort it out. But it's stirring up a lot of old grudges and animosity between the family on my dad's side and my (deceased) mother's side.

So, yeah troubles on the home front.

Confession: This made my week, if not my month. I've thought about this guy at random points throughout my life, and I'm really glad he remembers me.
Also, I always assumed he'd grow up to be gay. So I wonder if he is... but I don't wanna ask...

Hehe. That would make my week, too. Confession: This inspired me to search for my best friend from my childhood (who moved away before high school)...I couldn't find him. He might be in Thailand, though; I'm not sure.

Re Street Sign/Court: Has anyone else read that book where these kids steal a stop sign and an eighteen wheeler doesn't stop 'cause the sign is gone and kills a mother of three? It's fiction, but definitely makes me not want to steal any street signs. Unless it was that one that says "STOP AHEAD" and the stop sign's like three feet in front of it. Not too big of a deal, there.

I have a friend named Sylar.
Confession: I often assign my own names to people (I make sure they're cool with it though, because I understand people not wanting to be called certain things [I have a name other than Anthony that will make me want to do unkind things to you if you use it to address me]), and it always takes me a few seconds to register that someone's talking about that person when their "real" name is used by someone else.

I have a few:

I still secretly like my ex girlfriend, and look forward to talking to her every chance I get.
I am intensely anarchic and am deeply offended when people try to peg me with either the right or the left.
I get angry too easily.
I used to abuse my dog on occasion (I still feel like shit about it.)
I'm the only reason I'm not happily living with the best girl I've ever met.
I used to be a total asshole to everyone, especially the people I liked/loved.
I used to talk to my best (she was a female) friend all the time about how cute other girls were, even though I knew we really liked each other alot.
I once scared the crap out of my baby brother.
I still want to have sex with my ex girlfriend, and have considered calling her up on occasion to ask her (she'd definitley say yes).
I talk way too much about other girls with my girlfriend.
I'm so insecure I freak out at every little thing I do and worry I screwed everything up.

Probably a lot more to come :P
