So I was chatting with my boss this morning about gifts we are giving to our families and friends for Christmas. She told me that she is planning on getting her siblings and siblings-in-law... drumroll... power strips. Seriously. Never mind that she's getting them special eco-friendly power strips to help them save energy and money. She is buying them power strips. For Christmas. Naturally, this immediately reminded me of Weird Al's brilliant White & Nerdy video, since that is the exact present that the nerd gives to someone in the video. I sent my boss the link to the video, telling her that it reminded me of her, and a few minutes later she came out saying, "That's NOT funny!" But really... it is pretty funny.
