Won't get arrested in a V mask and a hoodie, but flamboyant costumes are always a plus.

You will only get arrested if you start entering stores with your mask still on, they do not take too kindly to people hiding their identities. I am normally attired in some form of superheroic costume, basically anything so long as it's decent. You're still going to look better than sleepy.

Anyway this is now a week away, so if you'll be printing flyers or cards or balloons or umbrellas or signs or whatever, now's the time to start. The Met Office is currently claiming that the weather on saturday will be better than it'll look to be up to Friday, but as it is I would still recommend expecting to need an umbrella.

Crikey, I didn't even know the CoS had managed to infiltrate Manchester. If I'd known I'd have definately been there at the protests last (academic) year.

So, yeah, if you'll have me you can consider me there.

Absolutely!
Lunching will happen at the food court as always, but a break from traditional the KFC may be in order due to subway coupons.

Scientology has been in Manchester for at least 30 years! My dad took (and failed) a personality test there when he was a student.

Sweet, I'm getting the train so meet you at the Food Court around half twelve? Are there still gonna be a decent amount of people at this one? Or is it gonna just be about five of us?

Can't come. I haz a gig.

LE4d will murder me, but I really can't make it. I wouldn't be back in Leeds in time, and I have to meet up with my band early so we can sort of stuff out.

If any of you wanna come, though, it's at the Snooty Fox in Wakefield at 7pm. If you say you've come to see Hamerex when you get your ticket, we get some money. :)

Yep.

It's what's know as a recording session. You book the time, normally several hours, and sit in the hot, sweaty, cramped room and play music.

We are doing mostly drum parts, but I'm filling in some solos too.

Sorry dude.

And... er... >.>

I have a gig in November that might... clash with that protest too.

We are headlining, so we have to be there early. But we do get paid. Oh, the band made £21 last night. It was £4 on the door, but we only got £1 a ticket for everyone who said they came to see us. 21 people came to see us! And the pub was fucking PACKED.

4 bands, we were 2nd on. Narcotic death got £4 a ticket if the person didn't mention any other band, Hollowed point got £2 a ticket for people mentioning them, and we got £1 for people mentioning us.

See? We aren't very popular yet, but even the organiser said we were great. I got many "Fucking good set!"s from people.

Win after win after win after win. Today was great :D|

Next one's likely to be november 15th, might be the 8th, but it's unlikely.

Hmmm, I think I will be okay with November 15th. I have a show on the 16th so I have to work a Saturday, but I think the way we do our rotas it'll be the Saturday after. Also, I wants to hang out in the pub again. You know that American tourist we picked up? We got him drunk for the first time in his life.

It's definitely the 15th :) There's a miniraid on the 8th, but I don't intend to go. I think there's going to be something on Guy Fawkes night, but again, not likely to turn up to that either.
