Anyway this is now a week away, so if you'll be printing flyers or cards or balloons or umbrellas or signs or whatever, now's the time to start. The Met Office is currently claiming that the weather on saturday will be better than it'll look to be up to Friday, but as it is I would still recommend expecting to need an umbrella.

It's what's know as a recording session. You book the time, normally several hours, and sit in the hot, sweaty, cramped room and play music.

We are doing mostly drum parts, but I'm filling in some solos too.

I have a gig in November that might... clash with that protest too.

We are headlining, so we have to be there early. But we do get paid. Oh, the band made £21 last night. It was £4 on the door, but we only got £1 a ticket for everyone who said they came to see us. 21 people came to see us! And the pub was fucking PACKED.

4 bands, we were 2nd on. Narcotic death got £4 a ticket if the person didn't mention any other band, Hollowed point got £2 a ticket for people mentioning them, and we got £1 for people mentioning us.

See? We aren't very popular yet, but even the organiser said we were great. I got many "Fucking good set!"s from people.

Hmmm, I think I will be okay with November 15th. I have a show on the 16th so I have to work a Saturday, but I think the way we do our rotas it'll be the Saturday after.
